*Limit your rest between sets, and warm up really well before attempting your first set at 90%

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for Time

Run 400m or 800m W/Sandbag

10 Hang Squat Cleans 155/115lbs
* Try to finish the Cleans in 2 sets or less each round. Scale if needed to achieve desired stimulus.

*If we have enough people this will be a partner WOD, with the run increasing to 800m
