5 OHS ( PVC or Empty BB) 3 sec pause at bottom

Weightlifting

12 Minute E2MOM (6 Sets)

1 Snatch + 1 OHS

** Should start with a light load and work up to the weight to be used for the workout**

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute Up Ladder:

1 Pull Up

1 Snatch (135/95)

1 OHS (135/95)

then 2 then 3 then 4 and so on until the 12 minute mark’
