Metcon (Time)

Partner 1: Run 400m

Partner 2: 8 Deadlifts 225/155 then max effort Pushups until partner returns

Each partner does 4 rounds. Score is total time, subtracting 1 second for every pushup completed.

If you missed the open wod you may make it up Sunday during open gym or Monday Night. Unfortunatly we will not be offering make up times on Saturday.
