We offer personal training to all members and non-members. We do these sessions at a day and time that is convenient for YOU with the coach of your choice.
Why would you want one-on-one training?
You may not prefer working out in a group setting.
The flexibility in your schedule to work out when it is most convenient for you.
To improve on skills or movements that need additional time and focus. Includes video analysis.
Maybe you have been on hiatus for a month and you would like refresher on a few different movements before getting started again.
You may prefer a few more 1-1 sessions immediately after completing Foundations before jumping in to a group session.
