On-Ramp

CrossFit can be hard. If you’re someone who is fresh off the couch or just new to CrossFit as a fitness practice, things can feel pretty intimidating to jump into a room full of people who all seem to know what they’re doing.

That’s why we are starting everyone out with our On-Ramp Program. Everyone starts together! You’ll be in a room full of people just like you!

Over the course of a 90-minute intro session, our excellent coaches will educate you on all the in’s and out’s of CrossFit and how we will help you get into the best shape of your life.  You’ll learn everything about safety and technique to all of the most common exercises that we do in CrossFit. You’ll learn about the Why’s and How’s of CrossFit and all the conceptual stuff that goes into the effectiveness of our program. From Nutrition to Exercise Science, our On-Ramp Program will set you up for success. All of this will be done in the context of a fun and engaging environment!

Foundations

$75

A 90-minute, accelerated orientation style class that goes over the basic CrossFit movements.

This class is great for individuals who are already familiar with CrossFit or have an athletic background.

On-Ramp

$199

4 x 45 min personal training sessions to learn the foundations of CrossFit.

These sessions include basic movements, scaling options, methodology, mobility, and recovery.

Gold On-Ramp

$299

4 x 45 min personal training sessions to learn the foundations of CrossFit.
