Just like our CrossFit and Personal Training programs, our Nutrition Coaching program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last long-term.
Our nutrition system is a two-phase approach. During Phase I, we will determine a baseline, set up with a customized plan and test biometrics. Clients will graduate onto Phase II, where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results.
We provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.
