NUTRITION IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING WE DO.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. We don’t believe in “magic bullets,” and we don’t sell supplements. We sell coaching and mentorship.

Just like our CrossFit and Personal Training programs, our Nutrition Coaching program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last long-term.

2-PHASE NUTRITION PROGRAM

Our nutrition system is a two-phase approach. During Phase I, we will determine a baseline, set up with a customized plan and test biometrics. Clients will graduate onto Phase II, where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results.

We provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what to buy so you feel great, look great, and most importantly prove to yourself once and for all you CAN do this.

Education and Accountability

Different packages are available based on your needs. With all the misinformation online some people just need to know what to eat and be given a sample meal plan. More often clients need accountability to stick to the plan.

Starter Package (Nutrition 101) $79

This is intended for individuals who just want an easy, general outline of what to eat that will produce great results. This program is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements, like macro- and micro-nutrients, play a vital role in meeting individual goals. This package will also include nutrient timing.

  • 60 minute initial consultation
  • Printed information packet
  • One week of sample meal plan

Customized 4 Week Nutrition Package $197

This 4 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers members the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

  • 75 minute initial consultation
  • Comprehensive nutrition handbook
  • Nutrition 101
  • Four weeks of sample meal plans and grocery list
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Goal setting
  • Body measurement and body fat calculation
  • Professional feedback during the 4 weeks
  • Follow up (30) minute end of program consultation including re-measurements and body fat calculations

Deluxe Customized 6 Week Nutrition Package $397

This 6 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals, but also feel they need additional accountability and the support of a caring professional throughout their transformation. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual, but includes opportunities to check in with a nutrition coach for weekly 15 minute consultations to review progress, half-way point measurements, and more.

  • Nutrition 101
  • Four weeks of custom meal plans and grocery list
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Goal setting
  • Body measurement and body fat calculation
  • Food log review and professional feedback during the 6 weeks
  • Follow up (30) minute end of program consultation including re-measurements and body fat calculations
  • Weekly 15 minute one on one consultation each week of the program for continued support

Ongoing Nutrition Coaching $50

Moving into your Maintenance Phase, stay accountable with monthly visits to the nutrition coach. This option is available after having completed one of our plans. This includes:

  • Goal Setting
  • Body measurements
  • Food Log review
  • Follow up 30 Minute consultation each month
  • Unlimited E-Mail access to nutrition coach
