DK – I started at CFB in March.

DK – I thought: that was a lot fun, what’s next?

DK – Rock/metal Rocky soundtrack
CFB – What is your favorite WOD or CrossFit movement?
DK – Anything with multiple lifts, like Bear Complex.
CFB – What has CrossFit changed about your life?
DK – [CrossFit] got me doing things I never though I had could do, and I toned up!
CFB – What do you like to do when you’re not in the gym?
DK – I spend time with my wife.
CFB – Something we might not know about you?
DK – I like to build with lego.
CFB – What is your 6 month goal?
DK – I’d like to get better at snatch, overhead squats, and strict pull-ups.
CFB – What would you say to someone who is new or considering starting CrossFit?
DK – It’s a lot fun, you have to try it!
