Group classes are fun!
Not only are you getting a great workout in but you’re doing it alongside your coaches and friends.
However, we all have those things that we can improve on. Be it technique on a lift, i.e. not pulling completely on a clean, not hitting depth on your squats consistently, etc. Or those more advanced movements like pull-ups, doubles or overhead squats that take more time to develop.
A skill session can help.
What is a skill session you ask? A skill session is a 30 minute one on one session with a coach to hone in on those areas of need. Why is this important? Think about the amount you gain from working with a coach in class. A few minutes of coaching can go a long way in improving technique and form, now imagine having 30 minutes…dedicated solely to you!
