We are happy to announce two brand new programs to CrossFit Bensalem beginning next week, April 13th!
Beginning Monday April 13, we’ll be holding 2 designated barbell only classes, called CFB Barbell Club! These classes are meant to compliment your current training, improve technique & building strength! Classes are offered Monday & Wednesday nights at 7:30PM with an optional 3rd day during Open Gym and will run approximately 45 minutes. As if that isn’t enough, starting next Tuesday April 14 at 7:30PM we’ll be kicking off CFB Bootcamp! This class will be geared towards those looking to lay off the barbell for the evening. Classes will have an emphasis on cardio & met-con programming. Even more exciting, CFB Bootcamp is open to both members & non-members.
