Another awesome week at CrossFit Bensalem is wrapping up! Thanks to all of our new athletes for busting your ass again this week! We’re also happy to be bringing on Kevin T. as an assistant coach at CFB, if you haven’t met him yet, he’ll be filling in for Coach Brandyn & Kevin from time to time.
Our Saturday schedule is changing beginning 8/23/14. Our FREE community class will now be held at 9am followed by our Group WOD class at 10am. The women’s only OLY class will return later this fall!
Also, yoga will begin Sunday Sept. 7th at 11am! This class will be FREE for members & nonmembers. Classes will be held Sundays at 11am and Thursdays at 7:30pm. We’ll be offering an introductory rate for the remainder of 2014 of $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers for all classes after Sept. 11th!
